Lakehouse Resort
The Lakehouse RV Resort and Event Center is a brand-new, year-round destination currently under construction in the heart of Southern Illinois. Located at 11625 Linn Road, Benton, Illinois, our property sits just off the I-57 southbound corridor, approximately one mile south of the Benton/West City exit, 25 miles south of Mt. Vernon, and 20 miles north of Marion.
About Us
The Lakehouse RV Resort and Event Center will be located at 11625 Linn Road, Benton, Illinois. This property is located next to the I-57 corridor on the south bound side about one mile south of the Benton/West City exit. The location is approximately 25 miles south of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and approximately 20 miles north of Marion. The area offers many shops, restaurants, wineries and outdoor activities. This is a 50 acre piece of property with a 7 acre lake on site. Campground has 4 different styles of park model RV log (Lancaster brand if you need pictures from their site) cabins and full hook up (water, sewer and 50 amp) RV sites. There will be a playground, walking trails, kayaking, catch and release fishing, dog park. As we open, we will be adding swimming pool, splash park, fitness center, laundry facilities, pickleball court and other amenities. As the Lakehouse Resort continues to grow, additional amenities will be added. Amenities available and openings may vary as construction of development progress.

At opening, The Lakehouse RV Resort and Event Center will offer full hook-up RV sites (water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric), four styles of Lancaster Log park model cabins. Physical amenities will include a playground, walking and hiking trails, catch-and-release fishing, kayaking on the lake, and a dog park. Guests will also have access to park-wide WiFi, an on-site ice cream shop, and a gift shop featuring local Southern Illinois products, Christian items, and Lakehouse apparel. Amenities available and openings may vary as construction of development progress.
